Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
- The submission complies with the journal’s publication ethics, plagiarism policy, and all applicable ethical standards.
- The manuscript has been anonymized to ensure a double-blind peer review process, and all identifying information such as author name, affiliation, and acknowledgments has been removed.
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines, including formatting and citation requirements (OSCOLA).
- The author(s) agree to the journal’s editorial policies and accept responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the work.
Research Articles
This section publishes original, high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles, including long articles, interdisciplinary and empirical studies, and legislative or policy analysis. Submissions must demonstrate rigorous analysis, originality, and a meaningful contribution to legal scholarship.

Short Articles
This section publishes concise, well-structured scholarly articles addressing specific legal issues, recent developments, or emerging areas of law. Submissions must present focused arguments, critical analysis, and academic rigor within a shorter format.

Case Comments
This section publishes critical analyses of judicial decisions from courts and tribunals in India and abroad. Submissions may take the form of case comments or case reviews and should examine the facts, legal issues, judicial reasoning, and implications of the decision. Authors are expected to provide a clear and well-argued critique of the judgment and its impact on law and jurisprudence.

Book Reviews
